Are they rushing to a fire?,
No smoke nipping at your nose,
Yuletide sirens being heard near and far.
And Elves dressed up in turnout clothes.
Everybody knows it’s Slaters on Christmas eve.
Helping to make the season bright.
Glenham folks with their eyes all aglow.
Will find it hard to sleep tonight.
They know that Santa's on his way.
He's loaded lots of candy canes on his sleigh.
And everybody’s group is gonna try.
To see when Slaters trucks are driving by.
And so We offer our best on Christmas Eve.
To kids from one to ninety-two.
